About The Position

Long Honda of Albany is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team in Albany, GA. The ideal candidate will serve as the primary liaison between our service department and customers, ensuring a smooth and positive experience throughout the vehicle maintenance and repair process. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and a passion for delivering exceptional service.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training is a plus.
Previous experience in automotive service advising or customer service in a related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
Basic understanding of automotive repair processes is preferred.
Proficiency with computer systems and service management software.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

Greet customers promptly and professionally, addressing their service needs and concerns.
Provide accurate and detailed repair estimates and explain recommended services.
Schedule service appointments and coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of work.
Communicate effectively with customers regarding vehicle status, additional repairs, and costs.
Maintain detailed service records and ensure all documentation is accurate and up to date.
Handle customer complaints and resolve issues to maximize customer satisfaction.
Promote service specials and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
