About The Position

Nucar AutoMall of Tilton is seeking a top-notch Service Advisor to join their busy winning team. As part of the front-line staff, the Service Advisor is responsible for ensuring that all customers are provided with top-notch customer service, consultation, and explanation of required vehicle services and requirements. This role offers a Monday - Friday schedule with no weekends, promoting work-life balance. The Service Advisor will streamline workflow in the automotive repair departments and maintain and follow the safety program.

1 to 2 years of retail Customer Relations and or Customer Service.

Current, valid driver's license.
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Extensive knowledge of the automotive industry and parts required
1+ years of Previous service or advising experience

Nice To Haves

Previous experience in the automotive trade or a passion for Parts and Mechanical knowledge would be an asset.

Responsibilities

Greeting and communicating with customers on all aspects of repair, such as creating work orders, arranging bookings and communicating them to the technicians, providing estimates to the consumer, and finalizing invoices.
Streamline workflow in the automotive repair departments.
Maintaining and following safety program.
Performing other duties and functions as directed by management.
