Responsibilities

• Greet and support customers with a friendly, professional approach
• Listen carefully to their needs and clearly document vehicle concerns
• Recommend services that keep vehicles safe and reliable
• Provide accurate estimates for parts and labour
• Keep customers updated every step of the way
• Ensure every experience ends with outstanding customer satisfaction
