Responsibilities
- Greet customers with professionalism and enthusiasm
- Schedule service appointments and manage daily workflow
- Document customer concerns clearly and accurately
- Communicate repair needs effectively with technicians
- Provide accurate estimates for labor and parts
- Secure customer approvals before repairs begin
- Ensure jobs are completed correctly and on time
- Follow up with customers to confirm satisfaction and build long-term relationships
