Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proven experience in customer service or sales, preferably in the automotive industry
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build rapport with customers and provide exceptional service
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Proficiency with computer systems and software used in automotive service management
• High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required

Responsibilities

• Initiating automotive services and repairs by ascertaining vehicle performance problems and service requests
• Verifying warranty and service contract coverage
• Developing estimates
• Writing repair orders
• Maintaining customer records
• Greet customers promptly and courteously upon arrival
• Listen to customer concerns and provide expert advice
• Recommend appropriate services and repairs based on vehicle needs
• Clearly explain services, repairs, and estimates to customers
• Upsell additional services and products to enhance satisfaction and performance
• Maintain accurate customer records and follow up on service requests
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure efficient and accurate service delivery
• Drive customer satisfaction and retention through exceptional service
