About The Position

Motorwerks MINI, a Penske Automotive Group dealership, is looking for an automotive Service Advisor to join our team and deliver extraordinary customer experiences. As a trusted Service Advisor, you will be the liaison between the customer and the service department, scheduling appointments, reviewing service history, relaying important information about vehicle maintenance and repairs to customers, and providing accurate cost estimates. You will ensure our customers have a world-class service experience at every step along their ownership journey, especially in the scheduling and estimating of vehicle service and repairs. You will provide an unparalleled level of knowledge and technical expertise to help customers understand and approve their maintenance requirements, repair orders, and cost estimates. You will connect with customers about their vehicle questions in a professional manner that reflects understanding, clarity, accuracy, and courtesy. You will strive to grow the dealership and your career by hitting challenging monthly goals.

Requirements

Able to wear all required safety and health personal protective equipment, including respirator, in the manner recommended by the equipment manufacturer
Able to take direction from multiple employees and prioritize work
Good communication skills, including the ability to listen to customers and determine how to assist them
Ability to work well in a team environment
Knowledge of automotive systems, tools, and repair processes
Outstanding attention to detail with a commitment to quality
Ability to use technical reference materials and technical manuals in written and online formats
Ability to communicate technical terms to non-technical audience
Ability to follow processes to ensure quality and safety
Effective time management skills and ability to prioritize
Genuine interest in providing an exceptional customer experience
Friendliness, enthusiasm, reliability, with a positive "team-player" attitude
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
Strong work ethic with the ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
High school diploma or the equivalent or equivalent combination of education and experience
Valid Driver's License
