About The Position

Hiley Automotive Group is seeking automotive service advisors. Join our team and have an abundance of customers out of the gate! You will be joining a dealership with a talented team, a motivated executive team with resources to help you succeed, and a fantastic community reputation. Expected compensation $60,000 to $90,000 per year with our generous sales based plans.

Requirements

• Previous automotive experience is REQUIRED for this position.
• Qualified candidates will have a proven track record of high customer satisfaction.
• We are looking for someone who works hard, communicates clearly and is interested in a real career with long term potential, not just a job.
• Applicants must be 18 years or older and be authorized to work in the US.
• Applicants must have a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients in a warm and friendly manner.
• Completely document requests and concerns from clients for technicians.
• Follow up with customers to keep them informed on vehicle status and present technician suggested services.
• Follow OSHA guidelines for workplace safety.
• Complete training for certification as assigned by management.
• Communicate with other departments as needed for parts or work updates.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
