Requirements

High school diploma or GED
Previous experience in customer service or a customer-facing role
Strong communication and customer service skills
Strong listening, organization, and problem-solving skills
Ability to effectively manage multiple customers and priorities in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable discussing service recommendations, pricing, and repair needs with customers
Professional, dependable, and customer-focused
Basic computer skills and ability to learn dealership service systems
Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
Ability to successfully complete a pre-employment drug screen

Nice To Haves

Previous powersports, automotive service department, or dealership experience preferred

Responsibilities

Greet customers promptly with a professional, friendly, and welcoming attitude
Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the service process
Listen to customers to understand their concerns, service needs, and expectations
Accurately document customer concerns and requested services
Communicate customer needs clearly and effectively with Service Technicians
Review recommended maintenance and repairs with customers and answer questions regarding their service
Prepare and communicate clear, accurate, and transparent service estimates
Obtain customer authorization for recommended services and repairs
Keep customers informed of service progress, changes, and expected completion times
Explain completed services, repairs, and applicable warranty information to customers
Address customer questions and concerns professionally and work toward appropriate resolutions
Establish and maintain strong customer relationships that encourage repeat and referral business
Work collaboratively with technicians, Parts, and other dealership departments to provide an exceptional customer experience
