About The Position

Don Hewlett Chevrolet Buick in Georgetown is currently accepting applications for an experienced, customer focused Service Advisor. We are a people-oriented, family-owned company that is committed to providing a superior level of customer service. Candidates must be sales and CSI driven. Good computer skills and excellent verbal and written communication skills are also a must. CDK experience is preferred but not necessary.

Requirements

  • Minimum of two (3) years experience as an Automotive Service Advisor
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Self-motivated and enthusiastic presence in a team environment
  • Valid driver’s license and good driving record
  • Strong work ethic

Nice To Haves

  • CDK experience is preferred

Responsibilities

  • Represent the dealership in a positive, friendly and professional manner; providing exceptional personalized service to our customers
  • Clearly outline the customer’s needs on the repair order
  • Accurately and effectively communicate with technicians and customer during the service visit
  • Research vehicle service history, inspect the vehicle, and recommend additional services needed
  • Conduct all business with sincerity, honesty and genuine concern for the customer
