Lutesville Ford is looking for an experienced Automotive Service Advisor who understands dealership service operations and takes pride in providing excellent customer service. Ford dealership experience is highly valued. Requirements

  • A desire to serve others
  • Previous dealership Service Advisor experience strongly preferred
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced service environment
  • Good understanding of automotive maintenance and repair terminology
  • Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude
  • Valid driver’s license

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary contact between customers and the service department
  • Advise customers on recommended maintenance and necessary repairs
  • Prepare and manage repair orders accurately and efficiently
  • Communicate clearly with technicians regarding diagnosis and repairs
  • Provide status updates and repair explanations to customers
  • Schedule service appointments and manage workflow
  • Maintain strong customer satisfaction and long-term relationships
  • Work closely with technicians, parts personnel, and management to ensure efficient repairs
