As our dealership continues to grow and undergo exciting renovations, we're looking for an experienced Service Advisor who is passionate about delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Requirements
- Previous automotive Service Advisor experience preferred
- Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of vehicle maintenance
- Outstanding customer service and communication skills
- Strong computer and organizational skills
- Motivated, dependable, and team-oriented
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record
- High school diploma or equivalent
Nice To Haves
- Toyota experience is a plus
Responsibilities
- Greet customers promptly and provide outstanding customer service
- Perform Toyota Multi-Point Walk-Around Inspections with customers
- Listen to customer concerns and accurately write repair orders
- Review vehicle history and maintenance schedules
- Recommend needed maintenance and repairs based on Toyota guidelines
- Communicate repair recommendations and estimates clearly
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure efficient repairs
- Keep customers informed throughout the repair process
- Deliver vehicles and explain completed repairs
- Follow Toyota and dealership service processes and procedures
- Complete Toyota manufacturer training and certification programs
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment
