Requirements
- Prior automotive service writing or dealership experience is highly preferred (Ford experience is a major plus).
- Strong background in retail, hospitality, or customer-facing sales roles is required if you lack automotive experience.
- Excellent communication, basic computer proficiency, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly, actively listen to their vehicle concerns, and build lasting relationships.
- Inspect vehicle history, advise customers on necessary maintenance, and explain the value of recommended repairs.
- Act as the liaison between the customer and technicians, keeping repair orders accurate and updated.
- Maintain high Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) scores by ensuring clear communication and timely vehicle delivery.
