About The Position

We are Woody Buick GMC in Naperville, Chicaogland’s largest and fastest growing General Motors dealership focused on customer satisfaction and community. We are seeking a Service Writer that is passionate about providing an exceptional experience for customers and their team. Their smiles and pleasant demeanors keep customers coming back time and time again. Compensation: $60,000 - $120,000 annually

Requirements

  • Must possess exceptional customer service and organizational skills
  • Capable of paying attention to details while multi-tasking
  • Ability to work both independently and within a team environment
  • Prior work experience in a customer service or retail environment preferred
  • Strong desire to set and achieve goals
  • Demonstrated communication and interpersonal skills
  • Average to advanced computer skills
  • Valid in-state driver’s license
  • High School diploma or equivalent

Responsibilities

  • Seek opportunities to provide an exceptional experience.
  • Ensure that customers receive courteous and efficient service.
  • Greet customers in a friendly manner and obtain vehicle information.
  • Provide updates on vehicle status, concerns, warranties, maintenance and repairs.
  • Follow dealership and manufacturer guidelines and procedures.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment with limited supervision.
  • Review individual CSI, sales and production metrics daily.
  • Set goals for individual performance and seek opportunities to improve.
  • Drive business through training and high-level involvement in operations.
  • Collaborate with coworkers to solve problems for customers and the department.
