About The Position
Kendall Auto Group is seeking a Service Advisor to join their Service team in Soldotna. This role is within a fast-paced environment serving clients throughout the community. The Service Advisor will be the first point of contact in the service department, aiming to build lifelong service customers. The ideal candidate will have a high level of customer service experience, strong time management, work ethics, and communication skills, with the ability to make recommendations and prioritize customer needs.
Requirements
- Previous experience at any new car dealership preferred.
- A valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Computer skills and willingness to learn new programs.
- Proven record of achieving exceptional customer satisfaction.
- A desire for a long-term career with a growing organization.
- High level of customer service experience.
- Demonstrated time management skills.
- Strong work ethics.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to make recommendations and prioritize items in order of importance to customers.
Responsibilities
- Interfacing with customers, technicians, and salespersons to identify and sell vehicle repairs and maintenance.
- Verifying work was properly performed and diagnosed.
- Researching vehicle history to make educated recommendations.
- Inputting and maintaining customer information.
- Completing work tasks in an efficient and organized manner.
- Using telephone, email, and chat systems to communicate with customers.
- Scheduling service appointments.
