About The Position

Legend Boats Havelock is hiring! We have 1 open vacancy for a Full Time Seasonal Service Advisor in Havelock, Ontario. In this role, you’ll be the main point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and guidance throughout their service experience. You’ll coordinate service appointments, manage repair orders, and ensure smooth communication between our customers and technicians. This role is all about delivering top-notch customer service, organization, and teamwork.

Comfortable working with computers and learning new systems, including Salesforce.
Team player who works well with technicians, parts staff, and other departments, while also being able to work independently.
Hands-on and willing to pitch in wherever needed, including inventory, deliveries, cleaning, and light mechanical tasks.
Adaptable, eager to learn, and able to stay organized and positive in a fast-paced seasonal environment.

Responsibilities

Greet clients with a smile and provide exceptional customer service
Answer phone calls promptly and professionally
Process sales efficiently and accurately
Check-in and check-out boats ensuring a smooth experience for our customers
Collaborate with the service shop on identifying parts/accessories that add value to our customers
Co-ordinate service appointments and technician tasks to keep operations running smoothly
Provide expert phone troubleshooting and maximize sales opportunities
Conduct boat and accessory orientations and follow-up programs to build lasting relationships
Handle parts inquiries and sales with knowledge and efficiency
Organize store displays and maintain a visually appealing, well-stocked environment
Create service and work orders, access and update customer information, monitor scheduling and accuracy in Salesforce
Perform cleaning, deliveries, and light mechanical tasks to contribute to a clean and well-maintained workspace
Participate in inventory counts and training to stay updated on products and procedures
Source parts cost-effectively from new and existing suppliers.
Monitor inventory levels and support effective stock management.
Order, receive, organize, and stock parts and accessories.
Maintain an accurate and organized parts area.
Process parts orders using internal systems and ensure timely fulfillment.
Handle Parts Order Request cases and provide updates to internal teams.
Maintain accurate product information, inventory records, and aisle/bin locations within Salesforce and internal systems.
Track work-in-progress (WIP) parts and support inventory reconciliation.
Package, bill, and distribute parts to boat riggers, technicians, and retail counter staff.
Identify opportunities to expand marine accessories that complement Legend products.
Collaborate with the Customer Service and Parts team to resolve issues and improve processes.
