Requirements
- Prior experience as a Service Advisor or Service Writer
- Professional appearance and strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- CDK experience is helpful
- Talent for simplifying complex vehicle issues for customers
- A passion for delivering memorable service
- Team-oriented mindset
- Great attention to detail
- Valid Driver’s License and a clean driving record
- High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required
