About The Position

Empire Truck Sales, LLC is seeking a customer-focused Service Advisor to join their service team. This role is crucial for delivering an exceptional customer experience as the main point of contact for service needs. The Service Advisor will coordinate with parts and service teams to manage repairs, labor, and sublet work, and will be responsible for opening and processing work orders, ensuring accuracy for retail and warranty jobs. Clear and prompt communication of repair updates to customers is essential, as is supporting daily operations in both Parts and Service departments. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator, a quick learner, and a natural problem solver, eager to grow their career with an industry leader that is passionate about serving others, building lasting relationships, and providing best-in-class service.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a Parts and/or Service support role (automotive, equipment, or heavy truck dealership preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of dealership or truck industry terminology (or a willingness to learn quickly)
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and web-based applications
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean MVR
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal & written) with a talent for building relationships
  • A self-starter who thrives in a team environment and is eager to learn
