Automotive service experience is preferred, but we're willing to train the right person with the right attitude

Responsibilities

Welcome every customer with a friendly, professional attitude
Listen to customer concerns and accurately communicate repair needs to technicians
Provide repair and maintenance recommendations with honesty and integrity
Prepare accurate estimates and explain services clearly
Keep customers informed throughout the repair process
Manage extended warranty claims when applicable
Review completed repairs to ensure quality and accuracy
Notify customers when their vehicles are ready and explain the completed work
Handle customer questions and concerns with professionalism
Partner with the Service Manager to resolve any issues
Help maintain exceptional Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) scores
Follow dealership policies and procedures while delivering an outstanding experience
