About The Position

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Service Writer to join our team in Ft. Pierce, FL. As the first point of contact for our truck repair services, you will play a key role in delivering an outstanding customer experience. Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Prior Service Advisor or customer-facing automotive/truck service experience preferred
• Experience with CDK strongly preferred
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Valid driver’s license required

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service as set by the Service Manager
• Schedule appointments and prepare estimates for customers
• Advise customers on recommended maintenance per manufacturer specifications
• Document repair and service orders accurately in CDK
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage retention and referrals
• Follow up with customers via calls or emails on repair status and changes to estimates/pick-up times
• Perform additional duties as assigned
