About The Position

The Service Advisor is responsible for greeting and assisting service customers in a friendly and professional manner. This role involves preparing repair orders, communicating repair details clearly, and coordinating with technicians for accurate and efficient repairs. The Service Advisor will maintain regular contact with customers throughout their service visits and promote additional services and accessories to enhance the Harley-Davidson experience.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous experience in a dealership service advisor role preferred (motorcycle, automotive, or powersports).
• Strong understanding of Harley-Davidson products, maintenance schedules, and repair procedures.
• Excellent customer service, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with dealership management systems (Talon, CDK, or similar) and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and remain calm in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality service.
• Professional appearance and a passion for Harley-Davidson motorcycles.
• Valid driver’s license and motorcycle endorsement required.
• Ability to stand, walk, and move around the dealership for extended periods.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds occasionally.
• Ability to communicate clearly in person, on the phone, and electronically.
• Ability to push or maneuver motorcycles (with assistance).
• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
