Key Objectives Deliver a smooth, engaging service experience that builds trust and drives return visits Identify and recommend service bundles, accessories, and upgrades aligned with customer needs and RV usage Convert service visits into long-term relationships and added sales opportunities Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through high-quality customer interactions Bish’s RV is one of the largest family-owned RV dealers in the country.
