This role is ideal for a proven advisor who can manage a busy service drive, build customer trust, and drive service revenue while delivering an exceptional ownership experience.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of Service Advisor experience required
  • Strong automotive knowledge and understanding of repair processes
  • Proven ability to handle a high-volume service drive
  • Excellent communication, sales, and customer service skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
  • High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the service process
  • Accurately write repair orders and clearly explain diagnoses, recommendations, and costs
  • Effectively upsell maintenance and repair services based on customer needs
  • Communicate with technicians to ensure timely and accurate repairs
  • Provide consistent updates to customers and manage expectations
  • Maintain CSI standards and manufacturer guidelines
  • Utilize the dealership management system to document all service activity
