Requirements
- Proven Service Advisor experience (no beginners)
- CDK experience – REQUIRED
- Xtime experience – REQUIRED
- Strong sales ability with a customer-first mindset
- Thick skin, urgency, and the ability to perform under pressure
- Saturdays are required – we need team players
- You will be expected to perform, not just participate
Responsibilities
- Take full ownership of the customer experience from write-up to delivery
- Build trust quickly and turn recommendations into approved work
- Drive revenue through smart, ethical upselling
- Keep workflow moving efficiently between customers and technicians
- Handle a busy service lane without losing attention to detail
