- Automotive service advising experience preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate
Responsibilities
- Greet customers and provide exceptional service throughout the repair process
- Communicate vehicle maintenance and repair recommendations clearly and professionally
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely and accurate repairs
- Keep customers informed on vehicle status and repair timelines
- Build trust and long-term relationships with customers
- Help deliver an outstanding ownership experience
