The Service Advisor is responsible for selling, identifying, and documenting service, maintenance, and repair services for customers. This role also involves scheduling the service to be performed. The Service Advisor will work with customers and technicians to identify required maintenance, advise customers on necessary and recommended services, and offer additional services and repairs. They will compute the cost of parts and labor, estimate repair costs, and explain estimates to customers. Additionally, the Service Advisor will schedule appointments, meet dealership standards for production, maintain customer satisfaction (CSI) at or above company standards, and maintain an organized, clean, and safe work area. The position requires accurate timekeeping, adherence to Safeguards rules, demonstration of Core Values, and compliance with company policies and procedures.
