About The Position

Ewald Automotive Group is seeking a Service Advisor to act as the primary liaison between customers and the service department. This role involves guiding customers through vehicle maintenance and repair processes, providing clear explanations of services, estimates, and timelines. The Service Advisor will also coordinate with technicians to ensure efficient and high-quality service delivery. The ideal candidate is a customer-focused professional with automotive service experience and a talent for relationship building.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience as a Service Advisor
• Basic understanding of automotive systems and terminology.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset.
• Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with computer systems and service management software.

Nice To Haves

• Technical certifications or experience with manufacturer service protocols is a plus.
• Bilingual abilities are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and professionally, listening carefully to their vehicle concerns.
• Explain recommended services and repairs, including pricing and time estimates.
• Schedule service appointments and manage workflow to optimize technician productivity and customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with service technicians to ensure accurate diagnosis and timely completion of repairs.
• Maintain clear communication with customers regarding vehicle status, additional findings, and completion timelines.
• Process service orders, invoices, and warranty claims accurately.
• Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
• Stay up-to-date on vehicle models, service procedures, and dealership promotions.
