Requirements

  • Proven experience in automotive service capacity
  • Passion for premium vehicles and delivering outstanding customer experience
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Self-motivated, ambitious, and goal-oriented mindset

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients
  • Provide a VIP service experience from drop off to pickup
  • Stay up to date on latest models, features, and industry trends
  • Achieve and exceed monthly service and CSI targets
