Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and assist with their service needs.
• Coordinate service appointments between customers and the technician team.
• Provide accurate estimates, explain services, and answer customer questions.
• Maintain clear and effective communication with customers throughout the service process.
• Work closely with the service team to ensure quality and timely vehicle repairs.
• Identify opportunities to upsell additional services to enhance customer satisfaction and business growth.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and service orders.
• Participate in ongoing training and development programs to advance technical and customer service skills.
