Experienced Automotive Service Advisor Wanted at our new Casey Subaru location! Casey Auto Group is a family-owned business with over 60 years of excellence serving customers in the local area, and we are seeking an experienced service advisor to join our team. In this role, you will serve as the crucial bridge between our valued customers and our expert technicians, all while building a stable, highly rewarding career working with top-tier American and import vehicle lines—from everyday drivers to high-end luxury models.

Requirements

Proven expertise as an automotive service advisor.
A demonstrated ability to manage, guide, and collaborate with others.
A strong history of delivering exceptional customer satisfaction results.
An organized, friendly personality with fantastic interpersonal skills.
Strong time management skills and the ability to excel with minimal supervision.
A professional, well-groomed personal appearance.
Must be at least 18 years of age with a valid driver’s license and a good driving record.

Responsibilities

Managing the Drive Lane: Overseeing service orders and workflow to ensure prompt, courteous, and efficient service.
Delivering Concierge Support: Handling all in-person and phone inquiries with professionalism and care.
Optimizing Efficiency: Distributing work effectively among technicians to maximize daily shop productivity.
Consulting & Communicating: Explaining mechanical diagnoses, warranties, services, and repairs clearly to customers.
Driving Quality: Maintaining customer satisfaction scores at or above company standards.
Streamlining Operations: Assisting with vehicle diagnostics, ordering parts, and overseeing warranty claims.
Collaborating on Leadership: Partnering with upper management on team development within the service department.
