Requirements

Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and manage the flow of the drive lane with professionalism and enthusiasm
- Ensure every guest receives prompt, courteous, and high-quality service
- Take ownership of the customer experience from start to finish
- Provide concierge-level support, both in-person and over the phone
- Communicate clearly about recommended services, timelines, and next steps
- Maximize technician productivity by effectively distributing work
- Ensure daily technician hours are fully utilized and sold
