Job Summary: As an Automotive Service Advisor, you will be the primary point of contact between our customers and the service department. Your role will involve understanding customer concerns, recommending services, and ensuring a smooth and efficient service experience.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to explain technical information to customers clearly and understandably.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Valid driver’s license with 6 points or less and no major violations in the past 3 years.

Nice To Haves

Previous experience as a service advisor or in a customer service role in the automotive industry is preferred.
Proficiency in using automotive service software and tools, especially CDK, preferred.

Responsibilities

Greet customers and assess their automotive service needs.
Listen to customer concerns and provide accurate advice on vehicle issues.
Create detailed service orders and communicate necessary repairs or maintenance.
Provide cost estimates and obtain customer approvals for service work.
Coordinate with technicians to ensure the timely completion of services.
Keep customers informed about the status of their vehicles.
Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional manner.
Maintain accurate records of services performed and parts used.
