Requirements

  • Service experience and CDK knowledge strong assets!
  • A hands-on, problem-solving attitude while being driven and motivated
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • A valid driver’s license with a clean driving abstract required

Responsibilities

  • Welcoming clients with professionalism and listening closely to understand their vehicle concerns.
  • Accurately confirming service coverage or warranties and clearly communicating next steps.
  • Preparing precise estimates for labour, parts and materials.
  • Creating detailed work orders that reflect both client input and technician diagnostics.
  • Keeping clients informed with transparent updates, realistic timelines and thoughtful follow-up.
  • Maintaining accurate service records and staying aligned with our service standards.
  • Proactively identifying ways to enhance the client experience through every interaction.
