BMW of Spokane Service Advisor Pay: Commission based pay with an earning range of $70k to $150K annually. Schedule: Must be available Mon-Sat, exact schedule can be discussed at interview. What We’re Looking For : Brings proven experience in automotive service advising (BMW or other luxury brand experience strongly preferred) Possesses strong upselling skills with a track record of maximizing customer value ethically and transparently Is passionate about building relationships and delivering world-class customer service Demonstrates excellent product knowledge, especially with BMW vehicles, systems, and maintenance needs Excels in communication, follow-up, and problem-solving Thrives in a high-energy, fast-paced environment Is driven, coachable, and aligned with Lithia’s core values

Requirements

Prefer 2 years of experience as a service advisor
Communication skills – communicates effectively with others.
Automotive aptitude and knowledge are preferred
Time management – managing one’s own time and time of others.
Typing – ability to type efficiently in order to enter repair orders.
Basic computer & cost calculation skills.
Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.
High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required.
