The responsibilities of a Service Advisor include greeting customers, listening to their needs, and scheduling appointments, effectively relaying the customers service concerns to our technicians, communicate vehicle maintenance and repair options to our customers, and provide excellent customer service by addressing inquires and concerns promptly.
