Requirements

• Experience as a Service Advisor in RV, automotive, marine, heavy equipment, powersports, or a similar service environment.
• Ability to manage multiple repair orders without losing attention to detail.
• Highly organized and thrives in a busy environment.
• Ability to communicate with frustrated customers while maintaining professionalism.
• Belief that follow-up is just as important as the repair itself.
• Understanding that customer satisfaction starts with communication.
