About The Position

Ron Tonkin Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram Fiat is seeking a customer-focused Service Advisor to join their high-volume Service Department. The Service Advisor will act as the liaison between customers and technicians, ensuring a seamless service experience from check-in to delivery. This role requires strong communication, customer service, and sales skills for maintenance and repair recommendations. The dealership offers a recently renovated facility, a strong customer base, and a collaborative team environment.

Requirements

1+ years of service writing experience.
Prior CDK experience is strongly recommended.
A desire to work effectively in a team environment.
Strong attention to detail.
Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
Able to pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screen.

Responsibilities

Ensure that customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service.
Drive the sale of technicians' time to meet the department’s sales forecast.
Prioritize required services and be prepared to provide options upon request.
Keep customers informed on completion times, service expenses, and possible changes.
Ensure the customer has a positive dealership experience.
