About The Position

The Service Advisor is responsible for generating service order estimations and quotes for customers, scheduling appointments, and maintaining an organized schedule. This role also involves conducting post-repair follow-up and customer service, explaining cost and service time requirements, and educating customers on work completed and any cost adjustments. The position requires the ability to work with limited supervision, multitask, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Exceptional customer service skills and follow-up are essential.
