Requirements

  • Valid driver's license with clean driving record

  • Have basic computer skills to include typing and Microsoft Excel
  • Be organized, professional and courteous

Nice To Haves

  • Previous Service Advisor experience is preferred

Responsibilities

  • Greet customers in a timely and friendly manner.
  • Obtain accurate information regarding the customers vehicle, documenting any and all concerns to the repair order.
  • Advise customers on the maintenance intervals according manufactures specifications.
  • Provide customers with a complete and accurate estimate for labor and parts.
  • Provide customers with a detailed breakdown of all charges for the services performed to their vehicle.
  • Obtain prior authorization from the customer or warranty company of repairs that need to be completed.
  • Handle telephone inquiries regarding customer concerns, appointments, and follow up with customers on work in progress.
  • Verify manufacturer and extended warranty coverage.
