Requirements

• Proven Service Advisor experience (no beginners)
• CDK experience – REQUIRED
• Xtime experience – REQUIRED
• Strong sales ability with a customer-first mindset
• Thick skin, urgency, and the ability to perform under pressure
• Saturdays are required – we need team players

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of the customer experience from write-up to delivery
• Build trust quickly and turn recommendations into approved work
• Drive revenue through smart, ethical upselling
• Keep workflow moving efficiently between customers and technicians
• Handle a busy service lane without losing attention to detail
