Requirements

• Two to five years of experience as a Service Advisor preferred
• Strong customer service skills and ability to build long-term relationships
• Experience maintaining high customer satisfaction scores (FCA Customer Experience Survey a plus)
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Experience with DealerTrack or FCA Warranty systems is a plus
• Valid driver’s license required
• Must pass pre-employment drug test, background check, and driving record screening

Responsibilities

• Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers
• Greeting and consulting customers on service needs in a professional manner
• Conducting thorough vehicle walk-around inspections to identify and document concerns
• Advising customers on recommended services and upselling when appropriate
• Providing accurate time and cost estimates for repairs and maintenance
• Keeping customers informed about their vehicle’s service progress and any changes
• Managing live service calls and ensuring customer inquiries are handled promptly
• Reviewing completed services to ensure quality work before delivering the vehicle to the customer
• Processing warranty repairs according to manufacturer guidelines
• Ensuring compliance with state and federal automotive repair laws
