As a Service Advisor, you are the primary point of contact for our guests in the service department. Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age and have a valid driver’s license to operate a motor vehicle
  • Prior customer service experience preferred.
  • Previous Service Advisor or automotive service experience preferred.
  • Strong communication skills with a passion for delivering personalized guest experiences.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment while maintaining professionalism and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

  • Welcome guests, answer incoming calls, and assist with scheduling service appointments in a timely and professional manner.
  • Clearly communicate inspection findings, recommend appropriate maintenance or repair solutions, and prepare detailed repair orders for service needs.
  • Provide accurate estimates for parts, labor, and completion times while ensuring transparency throughout the service process.
  • Document guest concerns thoroughly to support efficient and accurate diagnosis by technicians.
  • Review completed repairs with guests, explain services performed and charges, and ensure complete satisfaction before vehicle delivery.
  • Professionally and proactively resolve guest concerns while maintaining the high standards associated with Lexus of Omaha.
  • Support dealership operations with additional responsibilities as assigned by Management.
