About The Position

Cityside Subaru is a growing organization that has served the greater area of Belmont, Massachusetts for over 25 years. We're always seeking qualified, enthusiastic individuals to join our growing team! We are looking for a full-time Service Advisor to join our team. This is one of the highest volume Subaru service departments in the Northeast with a steady flow of work. We offer a 5-day work week with alternating Saturdays and a family environment. The pay plan is simple with an hourly wage and monthly commission.

Responsibilities

Ensure that customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service.
Take ownership of the customer's experience by carrying out those additional assignments that allow the dealership to leave a positive impression on the customer.
Advise customers on necessary/suggested services and costs; including special promotions
Follow the status of a customer's vehicle from service bay entry through the completion of work
Keep customers informed of any changes that occur
Upon completion of work, review the work order with the customer
Provide a completely satisfied customer experience
Maintain a record of carryover vehicles
Maintain a record of special order parts status
Document flat rate time or other required timekeeping according to the service department and/or manufacturers' procedures
