About The Position

As a Service Advisor, you will be the primary point of contact for our service customers. You’ll help guide them through the repair process, provide clear communication, and ensure an outstanding dealership experience from start to finish.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of automotive service advising experience preferred
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Sales-minded with the ability to explain services confidently
  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Valid driver’s license with clean driving record

Responsibilities

  • Greet customers promptly and professionally
  • Listen to customer concerns and accurately document repair needs
  • Recommend maintenance and repairs based on technician findings
  • Provide clear estimates and timelines
  • Communicate updates throughout the service process
  • Coordinate with technicians to ensure efficient workflow
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and follow up after service visits
