About The Position

We are seeking an enthusiastic, high-energy, and motivated Service Advisor who is willing to work hard, learn, and always put the customer first. This role involves assisting the Service Manager with customer interactions, scheduling service appointments, and ensuring a positive customer and associate experience.

Requirements

  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • High school diploma or its equivalency.
  • A professional personal appearance.
  • Oral and written communication skills; and an ability to read and comprehend instructions and information.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Must have and maintain a valid driver's license.

Nice To Haves

  • 1 to 2 years automotive industry experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of the automotive industry.

Responsibilities

  • Interact with customers and team members in a friendly and helpful manner to create a comfortable relationship with the customer.
  • Effectively schedule service appointments.
  • Assist associates in ordering and organizing work within company policies and guidelines.
  • Ensure a safe and clean store environment.
  • Foster positive, long-term customer relations and associate satisfaction.
  • Complete additional projects as assigned by the service manager.
