About The Position

We are seeking a motivated, customer-focused Service Advisor to serve as the primary liaison between our customers and our service department. The ideal candidate is professional, organized, sales-minded, and committed to delivering an exceptional customer experience while helping clients maintain their vehicles safely and efficiently.

Requirements

  • Previous automotive service advisor, customer service, or sales experience preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic computer proficiency and experience with dealership management systems is a plus.
  • Valid driver's license and insurable driving record.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

  • Greet customers promptly and professionally.
  • Listen to customer concerns and accurately document vehicle issues.
  • Recommend maintenance and repair services based on manufacturer guidelines and vehicle inspections.
  • Prepare estimates and obtain customer authorization for repairs.
  • Communicate repair progress and completion timelines.
  • Coordinate with technicians and parts departments to ensure efficient workflow.
  • Review completed repairs and invoices with customers.
  • Maintain CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index) goals and dealership performance standards.
  • Follow all dealership, manufacturer, and safety procedures.
  • Build long-term customer relationships through outstanding service and follow-up.
