About The Position
Kendall Auto Group is seeking a Service Advisor to join their Service team at Kendall Auto of the Kenai Peninsula. This is a fast-paced environment serving clients throughout the community. The Service Advisor is the first contact for customers in the service department and plays a crucial role in building lifelong service customers. The ideal candidate will have a high level of customer service experience, strong time management, work ethics, and communication skills, with the ability to make recommendations and prioritize customer needs.
Requirements
- Previous experience at any new car dealership preferred.
- A valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Computer skills and willingness to learn new programs.
- Proven record of achieving exceptional customer satisfaction.
- A desire for a long-term career with a growing organization.
- High level of customer service experience.
- Ability to demonstrate time management.
- Strong work ethics.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to make recommendations and prioritize items in order of importance to our customers.
Responsibilities
- Interfacing with customers, technicians, and salespersons to identify and sell vehicle repairs and maintenance.
- Verifying work was properly performed and diagnosed.
- Researching vehicle history to make educated recommendations.
- Inputting and maintaining customer information.
- Completing work tasks in an efficient and organized manner.
- Using telephone, email, and chat systems to communicate with customers throughout the day.
- Scheduling service appointments.
