About The Position
Since we opened our first dealership in 1970, we've steadily grown to one of the nation’s best dealerships, regardless of brand! Over the past few years, we've continued to build our loyal customer base, which speaks to how enthusiastic we are for the future! Today, there are 12 Mullinax Ford, Hyundai, Genesis, Buick, GMC, Cadillac dealerships located in Washington, Florida, and Alabama. Our team enjoys training programs, a fantastic culture and opportunities for advancement, which are company-wide focuses to help you grow both personally and professionally. We are looking for a high energy, customer service, and sales-oriented team member to join our multi-store enterprise. The prime candidate will be personable, hard-working, self-motivated, goal oriented and have a positive attitude.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Excellent customer service skills
- Must have professional appearance
- Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
- Strong time management skills
- Basic vehicle knowledge
- Basic computer, email, and internet proficiency
- Able to bend, kneel, squat, stand, and lift heavy objects as needed
- Able to withstand exposure to adverse weather conditions, chemicals, odors, dirt and dust
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid Driver’s license with an acceptable motor vehicle driving record according to dealership guidelines
- Must be able to pass background screening and drug test
Responsibilities
- Provide superior customer satisfaction
- Set and prepare for appointments with customers
- Greet and consult with customers regarding applicable vehicle repairs and maintenance
- Effectively communicate with customers regarding cost and time estimates
- Distribute work between technicians efficiently
- Produce final repair orders for customers
- Clean and maintain work environment to ensure workplace safety
- Follow all Company procedures and standards
- Perform all duties as assigned
