Requirements

Service Advisor experience: 1 year
Outstanding customer service and communication skills
Professional appearance and work ethic
Positive attitude with a sense of urgency
Ability to multi-task
Great customer service skills.
Valid Driver's License

Nice To Haves

Heavy Duty truck experience preferred

Responsibilities

Be a positive first point of contact for customers
Clearly listen and understand the customer's vehicle needs
Writing up customer's vehicle problems accurately and clearly on repair order
Communicate vehicle needs clearly to the technician
Follow up on vehicles throughout the repair process, keep customers updated.
Maintain a professional manner at all times
Call customers to remind them of their upcoming service appointments and return all customer call inquiries
