About The Position
Suntrup Buick GMC is looking for a motivated, customer-focused Service Advisor to join our growing team. As a Service Advisor, you will serve as the primary point of contact between our customers and service department, helping ensure an exceptional ownership experience while maximizing service department performance.
Requirements

- Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
Nice To Haves
- Previous automotive service advisor experience preferred
- CDK experience is a plus
Responsibilities
- Greet customers and promptly assist with their service needs
- Listen to customer concerns and accurately document repair requests
- Recommend maintenance and repair services based on vehicle needs
- Communicate effectively with technicians regarding vehicle repairs
- Keep customers informed throughout the repair process
- Prepare estimates and explain repair recommendations
- Review completed work and ensure customer satisfaction upon delivery
- Build long-term relationships that drive customer loyalty and retention
- Meet and exceed performance goals for sales, CSI, and productivity
