Requirements

Minimum of 1 year of automotive experience (Preferred).
Minimum of 5 years of sales experience (Required).
Strong knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance services.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency in using shop management and parts lookup systems.

Responsibilities

Act as the primary point of contact for customers seeking automotive repair and maintenance services.
Provide exceptional customer service by assessing and understanding customers' vehicle needs, answering questions, and recommending appropriate services.
Maintain a deep knowledge of automotive services and repair procedures to effectively communicate with customers and technicians.
Create detailed service estimates and repair orders, ensuring clear communication of services and costs to customers.
Manage and prioritize daily service appointments, coordinating vehicle drop-off, pick-up, and repair timelines.
Facilitate communication between customers and our team of experienced technicians.
Ensure a smooth and efficient service process by utilizing state-of-the-art shop management, labor, and parts lookup systems.
Attend regular shop meetings to foster effective communication and collaboration among team members, management, and ownership.
Work as part of a cohesive team, understanding that teamwork is essential to our success.
